This step also involves identifying any existing gaps that may hinder the achievement of our target outcomes. In addition, we embark on the crucial task of elaborating a detailed roadmap for the execution plan, which will serve as the blueprint for driving the EBA initiative forward in a systematic and goal-oriented manner. This stage is instrumental in ensuring that the initiative remains on track and continues to align seamlessly with the broader corporate objectives.

3. EBA Planning & Delivery
